Isabela, Rizal mishaps leave 3 dead

TUGUEGARAO CITY , Philippines   â€“ Two tricycle drivers were killed after their vehicles figured in a collision in Ilagan City, Isabela Monday night.

Feliciano Pagulayan, 38, and Mark Ryan Pascua, 21, died on the spot, said Superintendent Vicente Valdez, chief of the city police.

Meanwhile, a 77-year-old woman was killed after a motorcycle hit her in Baras, Rizal Monday.

Martina Francisco of Antipolo City died while being rushed to the Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center, according to Police Officer 1 Jojo Angeles.

Francisco was crossing Roxas road in Barangay San Jose when she was bumped by a tricycle driven by Fernando Lalim, 39.
