Butuan church loses equipment to burglars

BUTUAN CITY – Burglars struck again here before dawn yesterday, this time victimizing a local church.

Police said the Jesus Saves Missionary Church in Barangay Doongan lost TV monitoring sets, DVD players, amplifiers, recorders, and a projector.

In recent weeks, a series of thefts has victimized a hardware store, a beauty parlor, a pharmacy, three houses in a subdivision, and the office of a teachers’ cooperative.
