Cop, 2 others fall in buy-bust

KORONADAL CITY, Philippines – The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) yesterday filed charges against a policeman and two others arrested in a buy-bust that led to a shootout at the high school campus of the Mindanao State University in General Santos City last Tuesday night.

Charged were PO2 Villamor Domingo, Medzhar Hadjirol and Adzmer Abel, who was wounded in the shootout with PDEA agents, said Aileen Lovitos, PDEA regional director. Hadjirol and Abel faced other charges for possessing unlicensed guns and violating the firearms ban.
