2 dead as motorcycles hit carabaos

ILAGAN CITY , Philippines– Two men were killed in separate incidents when the motorcycles they were riding hit a carabao and a carabao-drawn cart in Quezon and Roxas towns, respectively,  in Isabela province, according to a police report.

Superintendent Vincente Valdez identified the victims as Jonathan de la Cruz, 33, a mechanic and resident of Barangay Maligaya, and Eddie Area of Barangay Abut.

Both carabaos were unhurt in the accident.
