Man jumps from LRT 1 station

MANILA, Philippines - A man on Monday jumped from the elevated train tracks of the Light Rail Transit 1 and landed on the road in Pasay City.
 
Bystanders who witnessed the incident immediately rushed to the man's aid and brought the victim to the Pasay General Hospital, radio report said. 
 
Authorities have yet to determine the condition of the victim as of this posting.
 
Reports said the man, who was wearing a white T-shirt, went to the tracks between Buendia and Libertad stations then leaped to the street below.
