Store manager found dead

DAGUPAN CITY, Philippines  – A store manager of a telecommunications firm here was found dead with multiple stab wounds along the Tondaligan beach the other day.

The body of Danny Evangelista, 32, was discovered by a passerby who reported it to the police. It was believed to have been dumped there as there were no drops of blood at the scene.

A suspect, Bernardo de Vera, 19, of Barangay Bonuan Gueset this city, was arrested yesterday, said Superintendent Romeo Caramat, city police chief.
