2 bombers blasted to death

KIDAPAWAN CITY, Philippines – Two suspected bombers were blasted to death before dawn yesterday when an improvised explosive they were to plant somewhere in the city proper went off prematurely.

Police said the suspects, identified as Manampan Demalin and Kalim Indigay were on their way to the city proper when the bomb exploded just as they were passing by the entrance of the provincial office of the National Irrigation Administration.
