Honest Bulacan cop commended

MALOLOS CITY, Philippines – A police officer in Meycauayan City has earned commendations for returning P34,000 in cash left by a complainant in his station last weekend.

PO1 Fulgencio Moren said he found the purse containing the money and a checkbook and contacted its owner but failed. He then decided to visit the owner’s house in Marilao town and returned it.
