Manhunt on for realtor's killers

MANILA, Philippines - Police are still conducting a follow-up operation against the killers of a realtor and mayoral aspirant who was shot dead in San Pascual, Batangas last Wednesday.

The Calabarzon police has formed a special team to go after the gunmen of developer Jeremiah Malaluan, 42, who was reportedly planning to run for mayor of Alitagtag town where he hailed from.

Malaluan’s driver, Roberto Bautista, 44, was wounded in the attack.

The victim had come from his office in Batangas City and was on his way home in San Pascual when he was slain. – Cecille Suerte Felipe and Ed Amoroso
