-

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga – Police authorities are still conducting a thorough investigation on the alleged missing election officer in Meycauayan, Bulacan.

Chief Superintendent Ismael Rafanan, Police Regional Office- (PRO3), instructed Bulacan police authorities yesterday to look into the whereabouts of Guilbert Pallogan, election officer of the City of Meycauayan after he was reported missing Saturday.

At the same time, Zoilo Perlas, Central Luzon election officer, said they are also still investigating the incident.

Police said Pallogan did not go home starting Sunday.

Because of the missing election officer, the canvassing of ballots at the provincial level and the proclamation of the winning gubernatorial and vice gubernatorial candidates has been delayed further.
