APEC delegate barred from Baywalk

MANILA, Philippines - An Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation delegate from Colombia was prohibited by police from jogging at the Baywalk on Roxas Boulevard Tuesday morning.

Though Jacqueline Hernandez showed her identification card to police officers assigned to secure the area, they told her no one was allowed on Baywalk. She returned to the hotel where she was billeted.
