2 men slain in drug session

MANILA, Philippines - Two men were shot dead as they were using shabu on the fourth floor of a building under construction in Quiapo, Manila yesterday morning.

The two victims, still unidentified, were shot at least eight times and dragged by their killers to the ground floor of the building on Masindao street in Barangay San Miguel, said Senior Police Officer 1 Bernardo Cayabyab.
