Man rapes boy in Navotas

MANILA, Philippines - A 26-year-old factory worker is facing charges for allegedly raping a 16-year-old boy in Navotas City Saturday afternoon.

Mark Anthony Cabintoy reportedly overpowered and raped the boy while the teenager was in his house, police said.

The victim told his older sister about the attack. She sought the assistance of the local police officers, who arrested Cabintoy.

The suspect refused to comment on the allegations against him.
