Power glitch stops MRT train

MANILA, Philippines - A Metro Rail Transit (MRT) train stopped between the rail line’s Guadalupe and Buendia stations at around noon yesterday.

The MRT management did not announce the reason why the train stopped for about 15 minutes, but MRT-Light Rail Transit spokesperson Hernando Cabrera said on Twitter that a five-minute power interruption occurred but has been fixed.
