Man gunned down in Navotas

MANILA, Philippines - Investigators are trying to identify a man who was shot in Navotas City before dawn yesterday.

The victim – described to be a man between 20 and 25 years old and approximately five feet tall – was walking at the corner of Lapu-lapu Avenue and Tumana street in Barangay North Bay Boulevard South when a motorcycle-riding man approached him and shot him in the head.

The victim did not carry any identification papers and the only distinguishing marks on his body were the tattoos on his shoulders.
