Korean found dead in Pasig motel

MANILA, Philippines - A Korean national was found dead in the bathroom of his motel room in Pasig City yesterday.

There were no signs of external injuries on the body of Kim Younghyo, 53, Pasig police chief Senior Superintendent Mario Rariza said.

“We are conducting a thorough background investigation and the circumstances on the Korean’s death to prove once and for all that there’s no foul play in this,” he said Rariza in an interview.

Victoria Court employees found Kim hanging from the shower head, a bag strap looped around his neck.
