Worker shot, loses motorbike to robbers

MANILA, Philippines - A stay-in worker who had driven to a market to buy some ice was shot by two men who took his motorcycle in Parañaque City Monday.

Rolando Ysulan, who stays at the Resource Freight Philippines office, was at a market along E. Rodriguez Avenue at around 2:30 p.m. when two men approached him on a Suzuki Raider (7689 UI) motorcycle.

Police said the men shot Ysulan repeatedly but the victim was able to run away and ask for help. The men stopped chasing Ysulan and fled with his motorcycle.

He is being treated at the Parañaque Doctors Hospital.
