Suspected snatcher falls

MANILA, Philippines - Makati City policemen arrested yesterday a motorcycle-riding man who allegedly snatched a New Zealand woman’s handbag.

Acting Makati police chief Superintendent Jaime Santos said Joven de Leon was arrested after a brief chase along Leviste street. Recovered from him was the handbag he had taken from 36-year-old Jessamine Briony Lorna.
