Woman in sack found in Manila

MANILA, Philippines - The body of an unidentified woman, stuffed in a sack, was found in Sta. Ana, Manila before dawn Saturday.

The woman – believed to have been raped and strangled – was found behind the house of Cesar Capulong at around 2:30 a.m., Senior Police Officer 2 Virgo Villareal said. A 19-inch electrical cord was still looped around her neck, he said.
