Stray bullets hurt 2 kids

MANILA, Philippines - Two children were wounded when hit by stray bullets fired by two men allegedly caught using illegal electricity connection in Makati City on Tuesday night.

The victims, a 13-year-old boy and 10-year-old girl, were taken to the Pasay General Hospital for treatment of gunshot wounds.

They were playing in front of their house in Barangay San Isidro at 8 p.m. when suspects Gary Pagaran and Vladimir Pascual shot Michael Roxas several times.

Roxas caught the two suspects tampering with electrical wires in the area.
