302 barred from leaving

MANILA, Philippines - Four days after the reshuffle of its key airport personnel, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) has barred 302 suspected undo-cumented Filipino workers from leaving the country.

BI officer-in-charge Ronald Ledesma said most of the offloaded passengers were suspected to be “tourist workers” or undocumented overseas Filipino workers disguised as tourists.
