Toledo tower of Tropicana now primed for turnover

MANILA, Philippines - Horizon Land Inc.’s Tropicana Garden City is taking shape as scheduled, with the Toledo tower all set for turnover to its buyers. “The Toledo tower is already 100 percent completed and ready for occupancy,” reported Jose Mari Banzon, general manager of Federal Land, Inc. “The administrative team has already scheduled the turnover sessions with the owners.”

Horizon Land is a subsidiary of Federal Land.

The Toledo tower is the first to rise in the nine-tower garden city complex. A mix of studio, one- to three-bedroom units fill a total of 17 residential floors. Its amenities are geared towards convenience and pleasure of both adults and children such as a day care center and lap pool for kids and adults. Both are ready to accommodate Toledo unit owners.

Apart from this, residents of Tropicana can look forward to exciting amenities that are not common in other condominium projects, like a library, game room, multi-purpose court, fitness center and clubhouse.

To live up to its mantra as the new garden city in the east, Tropicana allotted over 60 percent of its development to greens and open communal spaces. All nine towers will feature aerial pocket gardens in various spots in the building. These are echoed on the ground level with lush landscaping, picnic areas and a jogging path for the health buffs.

Thanks to its strategic location, Tropicana Garden City is near important destinations like hospitals, churches, premier educational institutions, LRT 2 stations, a wet and dry market, other shopping destinations and various government offices. Public transportation such as jeepneys, Ayala/Ortigas shuttles and FX are also always available.
