The election seed we will sow in this all-too-important political exercise will determine the strength or weakness of our democratic system. Of our political maturity. Of our moral compass. Of our determination to change our political landscape. Of our desire to propel our beloved Motherland to great heights. Of our compassion to alleviate the plight of the millions of our still-wallowing-in-poverty countrymen.
Our action/decision in this crucial May election will have a present and future changing impact on the kind of life that we will have. Exercise and assert, therefore, our sovereign power to choose the right and best leaders who will better steer the ship of our country.
In this tense, challenging, too-expensive political exercise – may God illumine, help and lead us in carefully scrutinizing the candidates we will vote for!
That we be strengthened to boldly ward off and reject any acts/offers that are Inimical to us and our country’s welfare, putting above all else … the supreme Interests of our beloved Inang Bayan!
What is beneficial and good for our country will redound to our benefits and betterment of our lives!
