Your confidence in your son matters so much to him. You’ll be most helpful by not showing him how worried you are. On the personality level, he is strong and has a tendency to be impulsive and rather dogmatic, though he is very responsible in handling duties. He must be careful to guard against gaining a reputation as someone who can’t get along with others – a problem I suspect was part of the reason his last employer let him go. If there’s any way for him to rebuild his references, I would encourage him to do it now.

CELEBRITY PROFILES: Tobey Maguire is taking over the role as a member of the Hollywood guard, whether it’s ready for him or not. As a Cancer native, he’s quite adept at the still, silent and strong method of acting, which is part of his superstar appeal. Using the critical management skills of Virgo or Pisces will be key in pushing his reputation as one of Hollywood’s greatest actors of the new millennium. Look for him as Spiderman very soon.
