Reward up for arrest of Bataan councilor’s killers

SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga, Philippines – The local government of Hermosa, Bataan agreed yesterday to offer a reward of P1.3 million for the arrest of four men tagged in the killing of one its councilors on Saturday.

A report reaching Camp Olivas shows that Danilo Basi was on his way home from his farm when the gunmen in a black car alighted and fired at him.

Basi was declared dead on arrival in a hospital.
