Cuello in WBC title eliminator today

CEBU, Philippines - WBC Silver minimumweight champion Denver "The Excitement' Cuello-Singwangcha (30-4-6, 20KOs) hopes to hurdle another tough obstacle towards a world title shot as he goes up against Mexican Ganigan Lopez (20-4, 14KOs) in a WBC elimination bout today at the Palenque de la Feria in Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico.

The two warriors showed their readiness to trade fistic bombs inside the square arena, scaling in at exactly 105 pounds during yesterday's official weigh-in at the Plaza Centro in Celaya, Mexico.

 "Denver is 100% ready. He is prepared to go for 18 rounds as per our training. I have all the confidence that he will win by knockout and it is the kind of win that his Mexican fans want to see.
