Apex Running Clinic on Dec. 7 at Parkmall
CEBU, Philippines - Local runners will get a chance to upgrade their skills in running in a scientific manner through the Apex Running Clinic on December 7 at Parkmall in Mandaue City.
The Apex Running School is said to be the sought-after run clinic in Manila under the guidance of US-trained Exercise Science coach Jim Saret.
The upcoming clinic is open to the public for free, but one has to register to be admitted.
Event organizer Archt. Alan G. Choachuy said the event is limited to only 50 fitness buffs on a first come-first served basis.
“This is something that runners here especially the beginners should attend. Dili lang pataka tag dagan-dagan kay ma-injury na nuon ta,” said Choachuy, a former Biggest Loser Pinoy edition contestant who utilizes running as one of the activities that made him successful in losing weight.
