Liloan softball tourney resumes tomorrow

CEBU, Philippines - Action in the Landing, Sta.Cruz Softball Tournament resumes tomorrow with four games on tap starting at 9 am in Liloan.

Paknaan guns for back-to-back victories when it takes on Paping in the opener.

Paknaan overpowered Paping   last week, 12-5.

Two other teams, Locan and Ton-Ton and Kat-Kat, bear the same mission with Paknaan.

Ton-Ton and Kat-kat, which defeated host Landing in its opening assignment, takes on next Talisay, while the Locans, which posted a convincing 10-3 triumph over the Jewelers, hope to sustain its momentum when they go up against Landing.

In the other featured match, the unpredictable Rebels and Jagobiao will square off against each other prior to the Locans-Landing duel. – THE FREEMAN
