12th Corn Tee on September 9 to 12

CEBU, Philippines - Club Filipino Incorporada de Cebu has announced that the 12th Corn Tee, the club’s annual member-guest tournament, will be held on September 9 to 12 at their golf course in Danao City.

This will again be a four-man team event where a member is paired with three guests.

All scores of the team members will count in the tournament that will be using the Modified Stableford Scoring System, according to Evans Tumaliwan.

Each team shall play two rounds within the four-day period. The august 16 handicap will be used for those who belong to the Regional Unified Handicapping System while those from other clubs will be required to submit their handicap certificates.

Registration fee has been pegged at P10,000 per team. Those interested can contact CFIC at 2311667, 2311676 or 2311666 for registration.

The awards ceremony will be held at Teatro Casino inside the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino on September 12.—NLQ (THE FREEMAN)
