Another Office for More Convenience

CEBU, Philippines - The second sales office of Aboitizland in the province was inaugurated last March 11, increasing convenience options for transactions by “vecinos” (Spanish for “neighbors”; the property development firm’s term for homeowners), clients and industry partners.

The new sales office is located near the covered parking ground-level entrance of SM City Consolacion. Its opening is aligned with Aboitizland’s thrust towards reaching out to potential clients and partners – with the same range of services and amenities that are available in the first Aboitizland sales office in SM City Cebu.

Present during the opening were Albert Asistores (Aboitizland AVP for sales), Joey Zamora (Aboitizland AVP for marketing), Compostela mayor Joel Quiño, Aboitizland employees, venicios, partner-brokers and members of the media.

Like in SM City Cebu, the recently inaugurated Aboitizland sales office in SM City Consolacion houses model units of various Aboitizland developments, and also as a source of information about Aboitizland communities.

The office inauguration also had the introduction of the second phase of Aboitizland’s mid-range residential community “Amoa.” Launched in October last year, “Amoa” is located in the town of Compostela, and is one of Aboitizland’s 11 housing projects.  (FREEMAN)
