Top Cebu Hotels Glowed at Yule Season

Cebu City Marriott Hotel was glowing with its colors in red and gold during the holiday season. The night the Christmas tree was lighted, CCMH Director of Sales & Marketing Cleofe Alviso led the event with assistance from Director of Facilities Engr. Rodrigo Enriquez, Director of Finance Joe Fajardo, honored guest Dr. Ingrid Sala Santamaria, GM Patrick Carroll and Director of Service Harry Dale Seno. After the lighting of the tree, cocktails followed while the program proceeded with the international pianist Dr. Ingrid Sala Santamaria showing her dexterity in playing the piano. She got a standing ovation after her first piece; after which she obliged the audience with another repertoire. Also performing were the Celestial Voices Chorale and the Ballet Performing Artists. Guests stayed and enjoyed the evening's soiree as food was generously served.

Speaking of tree-lighting, Waterfront Airport Hotel & Casino Mactan always delights their guests with something grand especially for this year's Christmas theme "Reign Royal Christmas" in welcoming the yuletide season.

The beginning of the program was a warm welcome message by Hotel Manager Mr. Rex Benhur Caballes, that it "is a prelude of something that is as unique as any other event that we'd like you all to witness, for we will be celebrating Waterfront Airport Hotel and Casino-Mactan's reign of 20 years in the hearts and minds of our guests by mid-2016. With this, we look forward to offer more service innovations as we continue to welcome everyone to experience grandeur."

The Christmas theme this season didn't just reflect the consolidated efforts of Waterfront Airport Hotel and Casino Mactan's team in their Christmas tree decorations of red, silver and  gold and  the golden jeweled crowns on top of the four pillars signifying Waterfront Properties in the entire Philippines: in Manila - The Manila Pavillon Hotel; the two Hotels in Cebu - Waterfront Airport Hotel and Casino Mactan and Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino in Lahug; and in Davao - Waterfront Insular Hotel, reflecting the service of making the guests experience grandeur whichever Waterfront hotel they stay in.

Prior to the lighting of the Royal Christmas Tree, The Ballet Center Cebu performed a court ball dance that really made one think that they were in a palace witnessing a spectacular dance number at the court.

The tree lighting was spearheaded by Mr. Rex Benhur Caballes together with Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Hon. Paz Radaza, Mactan Cebu International Airport Authority Assistant General Manager Ahmed Cuizon assisted by Sales Account Manager Ms. Angelline Bajo, and GMR Megawide Airport Cebu Corp's Chief Executive Advisor Andrew Harrison assisted by Sales Account Manager Ms. Jennifer Solon, Waterfront Mactan Marketing Communications Officer Ms. Hanski Garcia and the rest of her peers.
