A majestic feast

CEBU, Philippines – The leading buffet restaurant in Cebu has recently reopened its doors to the public. It now has a fresh look, but the same delectable fare and festive flair that have endeared the restaurant to Cebuano food lovers for over a decade. Grand Majestic is a name synonymous with a wide selection of gustatory favorites, courteous customer service, and reasonable price.

The new Grand Majestic occupies an area of 381 square meters, and can accommodate as many as 300 customers at a time. A noticeable design feature is an assembly of tunnel-like cove surrounding the central buffet station; it makes for a sophisticated look. Another interesting feature is its stylish corner tables that can accommodate up to 12 persons.

The culinary team, led by Executive Chef Wing Tong Tsang, cooks up a wide range of top international cuisines. East meets West with pasta and breads from Europe, dimsum and sushi from the Orient, and, of course, the all-time Filipino favorites. Sweet cravings are indulged at the Dessert Station, while health buffs at treated to fresh vegetables at the Salad Bar.

The restaurant remains true to its image as the place to bring family and friends to at any time of the day for a sumptuous buffet. Its Lunch Buffet comes with Roast Beef and Dinner Buffet with Pecking Duck at the carving station. The interactive beverage station lets customers get the drink of their choice from dispensers.

Kids five years old and below can enjoy the buffet free of charge; those aged six to 11 are only charged half the regular rate. On weekdays there's an ongoing surprise promo called "#throwbacklunch," where the price is dropped unbelievably low to the level of many years back. The promo, which is announced on random days, goes on until the grand opening of Grand Convention Center Cebu.

Grand Majestic is located at the Ground Floor of the newly renovated Grand Convention Center of Cebu (GCCC).. It is one in a cluster of restaurants of GCCC, located along Archbishop Reyes Avenue.
