Users of the app are set on "Pick Up" mode upon launching the app, where they key in their drop-off destination and find an available cab - which then leads to an estimate of how much the fare would amount to.

Once a taxi booking is confirmed, Grab Taxi users get detailed information about their taxi, covering cab's registration details, the name of its driver and more - defining the convenience and safety points the app provides its users with.
