October birthday guys & dolls

Mary Kaye Elizondo Quibilan, daughter of Engr. Roger and Girlie Quibilan celebrated her 18th birthday a full moon ago at their residence in Labangon with her classmates from Velez College, relatives and friends.

It was actually a garden party with a live combo playing old favorites, as well as pop songs. Former Councilor Erny Elizondo and wife Angeling, the debutante's grandparents (on her mother's side) and her grandpa from her mom's side delivered happy birthday greetings, as well as her uncles, aunts, cousins, brothers and sisters during the program prepared by her classmates. Her classmates also serenaded her with songs to her delight. The party was successful because the rains came after the party just ended.
