Feng Shui Creative Accounting!

NO-NONSENSE - Fengshui Master Aldric V. Dalumpines - The Philippine Star

Today you will discover how to improve cash flows, collections and net asset values by the son of a renowned Comptroller of Caltex Phils., the late Arturo E. Dalumpines — yours truly. Money is symbolized by water in feng shui! Have you been to Ayala Avenue cor. Makati Avenue in Makati,  with cascading waterfalls at the corner? This is symbolic of cash going  outward.  Who benefits? Not  Peninsula Hotel but neighbors across to where the water flows: PLDT and Allied Bank! EDSA Shangrila Hotel’s main doors face waterfalls with water flowing inward beckoning  cash flows  to flow  in.

So use water features to stimulate sales, revenues.  But this does not necessarily mean profits .  Sales collections, and balanced cash flow budgeting have to be done! Water features aside from aquarium stimulate sales and collections through its proper placement.

Wrong placement damages business. Water  facing out to  entrance, exit doors and windows mean money going out as the constant unnecessary expenses overhang in accounting. Water color symbols like a blue or black roof or ceiling in a business can lead to financial disaster even bankruptcy and bank foreclosures. Water at the center of the business premises is cardiac disease both for owners and employees.  Respiratory ailments also result from this.  So beware of putting fountains or ponds at the center of a building or office unit. No element of water and fire must meet.  In the pantry, if microwave faces sink, faucet or water dispenser, petty office politics prevails to affect employee morale, harmony and overall productivity and prosperity by being counterproductive in nature. Moreso with microwave atop ref! Put zamio  or welcoming prosperity plants in the office premises. These simple acts spell a difference of a few millions in your bank balances, folks! Use of lucky colors in corporate identity, from uniforms, letterheads, calling cards to signages.  Avoid unlucky colors for your business feng shui. Use of lucky charms to stimulate sales–Japanese feng shui : maneki neku or the money cat.Chinese feng shui:  the money frog.Thai feng shui:  beckoning lady. Pinoy punsoy: the Green Sto. Niño for business.

The most important in making your company successful and fierce against competition in the market is the company you keep!A simple lesson learned from the company  of Janet Napoles kept right? Lest you want a company of whistleblowers or businessblowers!... consult a professional feng shui expert to do your creative accounting and human resources compatibility scan and profiling for your business hiring and firing needs! Teambuilding in business feng shui is essential to build up your net asset values at the bottomline of things!  My tatay being an excellent accountant and comptroller taught me: the business of business and the life of business is all about asset management! Add the mantra of a Chinese client’s secret: Tiis kunti! (Endure a little!) And my essential feng shui principle: Profit With Honor! Always. Now you know  feng shui generally accepted principles to boost profits.
