Kate’s Baby Shower
Yes, it’s another baby girl for Marco and Kate (neé Dychangco) Anzani! Having recreated an enclosed magical greenhouse in Gusto Garden, directly beside Anzani Restaurant held on the 6th July 2013, an Anne Geddes terrarium themed baby shower was put together beautifully by Lani Pasquet (who also mustered up the food prepared by Chef Lor), Maitina Borromeo, Christina Frasco, Tanya McCarthy and ofcourse, Kate’s four adorable sisters – Shelah, Sarah, Holly and Christelle. Dolce Café as well as Monique Jarque of The Pantry prepared the spread of delectable desserts. Handouts were Russian tea cookies, chocolate chip and double chocolate chip cookies that were absolutely delish! Personalised bottles of tea, wine and water were plentiful throughout the event. It was such a love-filled event for strong and empowered women and of course, to welcome the newest addition to the Anzani clan.
Together with 30 of Kate’s closest friends, the shower awaited baby Alessia Valentina who is due to enter this world in August. “The greatest thing in life is to have real girlfriends who know how to have fun and see you through your wins and blowsâ€, Kate shares with a smile.
