CEBU, Philippines - Decorating the presidential area at Marriott’s bridal fair, Jose Jello Cubelo, creative director of Eastwood Flowers and Events Styling, teased the eyes with clear glass containers, pink and white astromeras, provincial blue hydrangeas, bricks, and white petals. He cut two tree branches and assigned them on the edges of the long table.

“I went back to the Victorian era when houses were decorated with terrariums,” Cubelo said.
