Every young girl dreams of having a debut party and Lady Therese "Tisai" Elizondo is no exception. She was recently presented to adult society by her loving parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernie "Dodong" Elizondo Jr., in a party held at the Grand Hall of Baseline.
