Unveiling of Bayswater Model Units

Heavy downpour did not dampen the spirit of the management of MSY Holdings during the unveiling of Bayswater’s model units.

To start the day’s affair, a holy Mass was celebrated by Msgr. Jimboy Gorre at the actual site in Agus, Marigondon, Lapulapu City. Immediately after the Mass, guest of honor Gwendolyn Garcia along with Consul Enrique Benedicto started the unveiling of the model units – the Champaca, Sampaguita and Magnolia. Oh, everyone was so impressed with the units. They are just beautiful, with Carla Yeung, though a lawyer by profession, doing the supervision of the designs of the units. Heard it told that Marget Sarmiento did the décors in some units.

After the unveiling, Gov. Gwen returned to the tent where the program hosted by Monette Aliño and ably organized by Mafe Castillo, the company’s business communications manager, held court. Then Gov. Gwen led in a toast for the success of the affair.

Special guests during the unveiling ceremony were Cesar Montano and actress-wife Sunshine Cruz, as well as realtors Amay and Aileen Ong Vaño, Dr. Monching del Fierro (recently awarded as the most outstanding educator in the country), and of course those who bought units at Bayswater. They received the keys to their units from Freddie Salimbangon, Director of Marketing.

Wholly owned and managed by the Yeung family, MSY Holdings Corporation officers are: Mariquita Salimbangon Yeung, Chairperson; Carlos Yeung, vice chairman; son Martin, president; Carla, CEO and her fiancé Chris McKowen, COO; Jewelle Yeung, vice president – finance; and Monette Aliño, corporate secretary. Freddie Salimbangon is Marketing Director.
