Espina said Woodcrest is ideal for modern families. He added families need not worry about security in the residential condo units because Commonwealth Estate does not allow the units at Woodcrest to be used for commercial purposes. This, he said, ensures the security and safety of unit owners.

Commonwealth Estate incidentally has a Sinulog promo for all its properties. They will be giving out a free appliance for reservations made between January 7 to February 7.
