At the iStore opening

- Melanie Ediza -

To those who are in the know of what’s in and what’s not, what’s fab and what’s hot, there are only a few things that can signify your “cool” status.  One is knowing what looks good on you, and the other is having what makes you look good!  (Thank goodness I know and have what I need always! wink!)

That being said, the recent iStore opening at the SM Northwing was an event all style-savvy, young members of society flocked to witness.  The venue was thoughtfully decorated, guests were fabulously dressed and there was flowing cocktails!  Everyone was definitely excited about this new place where one can find Apple gadgets to help them get through a busy day.  The event was one that was well-attended by its executives from around Asia (Mr. Philip Chua, Managing Director of Apple South Asia, Mr. Anthony Perreau, Apple Channels Manager for Philippines and Guam, as well as the Proprietor for PowerMac Center Lawrence Sison) and happily celebrated by everyone, including dearest me, because truth be told, the iStore has become our modern version of Neverland.  I have been eyeing a couple of their products to make my life even more chic.  A friend once told me that the newest accessories one needs to be photographed with are Macs.

With the Christmas season coming up, I am already excited about the “generous” gifts from my most “beloved” friends and family. Now if only iStore has a Christmas gift registry.
