SM Seaside launches Sky Park

CEBU, Philippines -  A world of fun and excitement has arrived in Cebu as SM Seaside City launches the Sky Park today, September 23.

SM Seaside City has been a hub for leisure and entertainment since it opened its doors to Cebu. And now the colossal lifestyle complex continues to deliver its promise of excellence with Sky Park, an elevated area set amongst a landscape of verdant foliage and soothing water features that offers a myriad of dining choices and a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of city life. 

Sky Park is composed of three playgrounds, the Fun and Play, Water Play, and the highlight of the launch, Sky Play by Kenneth Cobonpue. Known for creating unique and noteworthy furniture and product designs, the award-winning and highly acclaimed designer displays his masterful way of integrating nature, time-honored craftsmanship, and innovative technologies in Sky Play.

Sky Play by Kenneth Cobonpue brings to life the colorful world of children’s imaginations – from dinosaurs to outer space – in hopes of nurturing a child’s creative thoughts through the simple joys of outdoor play. The whimsical and modern design of Kenneth Cobonpue perfectly blends with SM Seaside City Cebu’s sophisticated design by Arquitectonica.

The Sky Park has three event amphitheaters where friends and family can gather to seek comfort and peace while listening and engaging to live bands and thematic events. The amphitheaters also boast of special features like the foaming jet and interactive water.
