Feng shui expert bares Cebu’s good vibe areas

CEBU, Philippines - As Feng Shui predictions for the property market for the year 2015 is highly favorable, a Cebu Feng Shui enthusiast recommends two best locations in Cebu that have positive energy vibes under the year of the Wood Sheep.

Feng Shui practitioner Edgar V. Hao said that the first best location to buy a property right now is in the southwest part of Cebu, mentioning the south road properties as a metaphysically good location for business or residential address.

Hao, who practiced Feng Shui for the past 15 years as a personal interest, said that southwest part of Cebu has the primary wealth star and that good energy and luck can easily flow in this direction at least for the entire year.

The secondary wealth-star in Cebu, he added is also located in the northern part, of which acquiring properties in Mandaue, Consolacion, Compostela, is also highly recommendable for those who believe in the Feng shui philosophy.

Mostly embraced by the Chinese, a philosophy that has been tested and practiced in the last 500 thousand years, Hao said the year of the Wood Sheep generally brings momentum of fire driven optimism "so this could be a year that the economic activities and stock market will continue to be very active particularly in spring and summer."

The wood earth element in 2015 is expected to bring prosperity to wood industries and metal industries. This is because wood conquers earth, so the earth element is a symbol of money to the wood industry, which includes textile, environment, paper, magazines.

The second best industry could be metal as it conquers wood, so wood is money to metal industry. Metal industries are high-technology, banking, machinery, cars, engineering.

The real estate or the property market is seen to double its momentum "there’s a lot of movement."
