Primary Homes opens Colorado Dos

The Freeman

CEBU, Philippines - The proven success of Colorado Homes in Lilo-an convinced Primary Homes, Inc. (PHI), the region’s most reliable developer, to open a new economic housing development: the Colorado Dos. The new housing development is located just minutes away from the first development and has easy access to the Cebu North Road Highway.

Last June 8, Primary Homes opened its doors to its accredited brokers and agents by having a Sales Partner’s Day at the site of Colorado Dos. A brief program was held to welcome the Sales Partners to the site and everyone was treated to a hearty barbecue lunch and cooled off with fruit shakes afterwards.

“There is an unmet demand for quality economic housing in Cebu, and the market responded very well to the first Colorado Homes,” said Ramero Espina, VP for Sales & Marketing of PHI. When asked about who are the market of Colorado Dos, Mr. Espina said, “it is ideal for young couples and starting families who want to have their first home ownership.

The Colorado Dos is composed of Duplex units and Townhouse units. The middle unit of the townhouse has an affordable monthly amortization that starts at P 5,000 per month. Each unit is made up of solid concrete bricks that deflect the heat of the tropical climate of Cebu.

Having an affordable pricing with terms suited for any budget and being developed by a known reliable developer, the Colorado Dos is considered a wise choice in choosing your first economic yet truly quality home.  (FREEMAN)
