Masterclass on critical thinking, problem solving

MANILA, Philippines — The Center for Global Best Practices is launching its pioneering Leadership Evolution Program starting with the “Masterclass in Critical Thinking, Problem Solving and Decision Making” training program. This four-session webinar will be held on May 9, 10, 16 and 17, 2024, from 8:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. via Zoom.

This masterclass is accredited by the Career Executive Service Board under Board Resolution 1735 and is aligned with the learning and development requirement for career advancement of division chiefs and executives/managerial positions in government. This training is also highly recommended for those in the private sector. One of the most important things to understand is that critical thinking is involved in strategic thinking. These are the leadership skills required for the 21st century leaders and managers. Those in the private sectors who are trained in such skill set are highly sought after by employers to fill the positions in the leadership pipelines of their organizations.

Many of the training programs available in the market are focused on problem solving and simply provide problem solving tools. What many miss out on is the importance of critical and analytical thinking which are the foundations of problem solving. This unique training program will focus on the mutually reinforcing skill sets featuring the proprietary world-class RISE Framework, learning tools, best practices techniques.
