Hope to all

Year after year, we have gotten used to preparing to celebrate Christmas. We remember family and friends, not just with gifts, but with warm greetings and the kindest holiday wishes. We look forward to sharing the Noche Buena and hearing church service with kin.

Many of us temporarily push aside worries and concerns to enjoy snatches of merriment and sentimental get-togethers. We look forward to opening gifts and thanking those who have remembered. It is a day when we share our blessings with others.

Today, as the minutes tick away, Christmas day starts to end. Another cycle comes to a close, and in the same breath, starts. I would like to grab the opportunity to extend my warmest greetings to all readers of The Philippine Star. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

May this season¢s celebrations be plentiful and meaningful. And may it bring fresh hope to all.
