Pagkwestyon sa OSG gihangop sa JOMARA

CEBU, Philippines — Gihangop sa JOMARA Konstruckt Corporation ug JOMARA Agri Foods and Supply Corporation ang giduso sa Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) nga pagkwestyon sa mga ebidensiya nga gihimong basihan sa mga alegasyon sa environmental case nga nag-ung ong pa karon sa Regional Trial Court.

Sa gipagawas nga pamahayag sa JOMARA,  kaning kalamboan nagpakita lang kun unsa ka importante nga basta bahin sa kalikopan kinahanglang resolbahon pinaagi sa mga beripikadong impormasyon, expert findings, ug mga established legal processes.
