CEBU, Philippines – Tungod sa nagkaduol na nga deadline sa voters’ registration, giawhag karon sa Cebu City Council ang Commission on Elections nga mopahigayon og special registration nga eksklusibo lang alang sa mga senior citizens ug mga persons with disabilities (PWDs) sa mga sayon adtuong mga lugar.

“One of the essential conditions for the exercise of the right to political participation is by ensuring that senior citizens and PWDs, by virtue of their age and disability, shall be given preferential treatment by the Commission on Elections in the conduct of the biometric registration to address accessibility and convenience,” sumala pa sa usa ka bahin sa usa ka pahinang resolusyon.
