WTCI gipasakaan og kaso sa CENRO

Ang gipasakang kaso mao  kalapasan sa Section 3 sa Presidential Decree Number 953 batok nila ni Irene U. Te, president; Willy U. Te, vice president; Julie U. Te, secretary; Juanita Y. Te, treasurer; Mary Grace Y. Te; Mary Joy Y. Te; ug Adolfo V. Quiroga, project-in-charge sa WTCI.

Ang complaint sheet gipirmahan ni Anastacio Cabalejo, ang Community Environment and Natural Resources Officer sa Cebu City. Matud pa sa CENRO ang WTCI maoy responsable sa pagkahanaw sa maong mga kahoy.

"Logic dictates that it should be held responsible for the disappearance of these trees, for the awardee will be benefited by doing it, for it will expedite the completion of the project, and no one would ever dare to use heavy equipment or machineries to do such things without getting advantage thereof," sumala pa sa affidavit ni Cabalejo.
