CEBU, Philippines - Gibakwi sa Korte Suprema kagahapon ang una niining desisyon nga gipagawas nga nagpahunong sa implimentasyon sa "fixed salary scheme" sa mga bus drivers ug konduktor

Sa report sa GMA News.Online, usa ka special en banc session nga gipangulohan ni Acting Chief Justice Antonio Carpio, nakab-ot ang unanimous decision nga nagkanselar sa status quo ante (SQA) order nga una nilang gipagawas batok sa maong fixed salary scheme nga gipatuman sugod niadtong Hulyo 1 sa Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) ug Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

"Upon further discussion by the court en banc in a special session on July 11, the court further resolved to defer the issuance of the SQA order and required the respondents to comment also within 10 days from notice hereof on the prayer for temporary restraining order," sumala pa sa maong report gikan sa tigpamaba sa Korte Suprema nga si Ma.
